Zeo Euro Julep Strainer

Zeo Euro Julep Strainer

Z-039

Product Code: Z-039

The Zeo Euro Julep Strainer is the definitive choice for the discerning bartender who prioritises a crystal-clear finish in every pour. Unlike Hawthorn strainers with springs, the Julep design is specifically optimised for stirred drinks like the Martini or Manhattan, resting at a natural angle inside the mixing glass to allow for a steady, laminar flow while holding back all ice. Meticulously constructed from professional-grade stainless steel and finished in a high-shine chrome, this strainer features a precision-perforated bowl that acts as an elite filter for fine residues. The ergonomic 170mm handle is balanced to provide superior leverage and a comfortable grip, ensuring total control during intensive shifts. To maintain the mirror-like luster and the structural integrity of the steel, this tool should be hand-washed with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. It is an essential, low-profile addition to any sophisticated bar kit, offering a refined alternative to spring-loaded strainers.
